We offer full-time team members the opportunity to enroll in health benefits which include medical, dental and vision insurance. Several insurance plan options are available that offer a variety of coverage at varying costs.
A portion of a team members’ medical premium is paid for by Armstrong McCall.
Armstrong McCall offers a 401(k)-retirement savings plan through Fidelity to help team members save for retirement by investing in a variety of options. Regular full-time team members may participate in the 401(k) plan after 90 days of service.
401(k): A participant may contribute up to the IRS limit each calendar year to his/her IRA account.
401(k) Employer Match: Armstrong McCall will make a dollar-for-dollar match of your Elective Deferrals up to 3%
All employees are eligible for a 25% discount on full-priced products. Some exceptions may apply.
Full-time team members are eligible for paid time off.
Vacation time off: Completed Years of Service Paid Time Off
- 5 days for 90 days to 1 year of full-time employment
- 2 weeks after 1 year of full-time employment
- 3 weeks after 5 years of full-time employment
- 4 weeks after 10+ years of full-time employment

Armstrong McCall of North Texas is not subject to the Family Leave Medical Act (FMLA). However, we do offer maternity leave for adoptive and expectant parents up to 9 weeks as a benefit of employment here. 100% of the team members’ salary is paid for the first 3 weeks of leave. Eligibility and some restrictions apply.
